Exotic Design House in Punta Piedras

This exotic design house is a two-story house was designed by Estudio Martin Gomez Arquitectos. The house is designed with a flat roof form, with walls covered floor of the two materials combined with natural stone and glass wall elements. Second floor porch railings are made of wood arranged horizontally which looks like houses on stilts. Exotic house is named Psicomagia located in Punta Piedras and Punta Del Este, Uruguay. The house was built near the beach, on the first floor of this house made ​​of wood, especially the terrace which functioned as a children's playground, as well as the second floor there is a terrace large enough so that it can freely view ocean view.

Interior design is very attractive, laid out with simple modern furniture with carpet made ​​from natural. The color of natural stone walls and the furniture is mismatched colors make the room very cozy atmosphere.
